According to the owner, these two reservoirs had been out of order for many years before it was decided to get them repaired once and for all. Our customer has a passion to have exquisite koi fish in the reservoirs once it was complete and therefore our waterproofing had to be non-toxic. The reservoirs were repaired by filling all the cracks and all plumbing was attended to. The waterproofing commenced with a latex based polymer cementitious slurry and rubberised bitumen, both non-toxic. According to the owner the fish are in the reservoirs and he has no sign of any leaks and the ecosystem is stable. This positive feedback is what drives and inspires us at Baseline.
